Reflection: Reference your notebook to write down what camera angle, light angle and direction, light intensity: if you used a reflector or an umbrella... etc. Also in your reflection, let us know the name and theme of your magazine, who your classmate was acting as and any story you created to go along with your images.
Then write about why you picked this photo as your favorite. What about it makes it the most successful? What elements of design (composition, contrast, range of values, leading lines, etc...) are working well in your image?
The theme of my magazine was spooky and the name of the magazine is called spooky. Don't you just wonder what is in there? A ironing thing was used to look like a knife. It's meant to give off a creepy vibe. Courtney made a creepy smile to go along with the theme. The light came from the right and no reflector was used. The camera was straight with no umbrella on it. The camera settings were at ISO 800. The white balance was at florescent, The shutter speed was 250 and the camera was on manual. The photo reminds me of scream queens and it looks like she can be one of those girls who live in the sorority house. It's a combo of pretty and creepy because she is all dressed up with a knife.
